I store all of my photographs on an external hard drive. And I have approx. 50,000 files on this drive. Today I felt like working on some old shots so I tried to access the hard drive and I get an error message informing me that the drive is corrupted. Are you f*cking serious??? Hopefully it's just a temporary issue and my computer genius fiance will be able to fix it for me when he gets home.
Luckily most of the pictures on that drive were throw aways. All of the shots that I especially liked are backed up and safe.
Everything else that was on the drive, like music, software, etc can be replaced and I am also thankful for that.
But it still sucks :-(
